DSG Bronze and Silver Update 10/13

Good Afternoon DSG Family, 

This is your update for October 13th: 

• Leotards: Reminder that competition leotard charges will run on October 15th. Prices and mock up were sent out previously and can be found here: 2026/2027 Leotards

• Assessments: We are about halfway through October skill assessments. Families will get the assessment feedback in early November.

• Trick Or Treat Street is October 24th from 2-3:30. If you can, please bring in a bag of candy to help fill our candy trove for the event!

• Required Choreography Clinics: We will be holding choreography clinics for Beam and Floor on the following dates: Saturday November 14th: 2:30 -3:30 for Bronze Floor,  and 3:30-4:30 Silver Floor.  Saturday December 5th 1:30-2:30 Bronze Beam, and 2:30-3:30 Silver Beam. These clinics are $20 each that will run for all team members the week of the clinic. If your athlete is unable to attend, she will be automatically enrolled in the make up clinic to be scheduled in late December/early January.

Upcoming reminders for November and December:

• Information on our upcoming fundraiser: Flip It Forward DSG will be out next week. The fundraiser will run November 1st through the Holiday Show. Please go over the information we send out, and we will talk to the athletes about it as materials will be sent home as well. We hope you consider participating and we look forward to working together towards a new Spring Floor! 

• Merch Alert! We have a new online store accepting orders ahead of Christmas! The store has DSG crew necks, hoodies and sweatpants from leading brands for children, parents, and grandparents as we received many requests for branded shirts for family supporters! Additionally, as part of our fundraiser, Justin Mayes, the awesome DSG Dad who will be our new merchandise vendor, has generously agreed to put a portion of the proceeds of the upcoming merch order towards our Spring Floor fund! • Meet fees for Bronze and Silver will be calculated and sent out by Dec 15th and will run January 15th. 

• Don't forget Picture Day! Picture Day will be December 12th and 13th Exact teams' times to come!

• Christmas Show is Friday December 18th through Sunday the 20th, an exact schedule will be out by the end of the month.
