Nashville Room Block and Travel Schedule

For Nashville Nights, we’re also currently working as quickly as possible to secure a block of rooms at The Inn at Opryland if possible.

If you need to pay for any additional gymnasts and/or teams that have been added after your original payment, please do so at the same payment link that was used before:

A few important reminders:

• Any level changes, scratches, late add-in requests, etc. need to be sent to taylor@meetauthority.com as soon as possible.

• Level changes are based on session availability. If there is room in the session the athlete needs to move into, we will be happy to make the change. However, if that session has already reached capacity, we may not be able to accommodate the request. All level changes are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, so the earlier you let Taylor know, the better.

• Refunds will be given due to injury only. Any scratches due to injury must also be emailed emily@intriguegym.com so she can provide a refund.

• Refunds will be issued electronically to the payment method used for your gym's registration.
